Doozer / 4 in 1 Treatment

I. Introduction
4 X 1 treatment is a new kind of nontoxic environment-friendly product with mild odor and harmless to skin. It serves as the savior of metal suffering from acid ooze in the filed of precision casting, specially for stainless steel.

II. Features
While workpiece pass through acid degreasing, some acid element remain in the inside of workpiece. 4 X 1 treatment can eliminate the acid element and block up the pores of metal surface.

III. Instruction Manual

Working Process:

A.Workpiece：Collect the abnormal workpiece suffering from acid ooze,and put them into the plastic container with 4 X 1 treatment. It could increase the speed of reaction by pouring air into the container and stirring the working composition. The reaction time depends on the working condition. However, it is suggested to prolong the reaction time as far as possible.
B.After handling with 4 X 1 treatment, we must flush workpiece with water to keep it clean and then make it dry.

IV. Footnote

1. Preparation of Working Composition：Diluting the concentrated treatment with pure water 3~5 times the volume of the concentrated.
2. The treatment can work continuously. While impurities appear in the container, please filter them out to keep working effectively. If you find that treatment weaken, please replenish the new working composition immediately.
3. While using the treatment, please avoid mixing with other product or additive.
